Senior Lecturer in Theology
Mike Higton arrived in Exeter in 1999, to a post shared between the Department of Theology and the Department of Lifelong Learning, co-ordinating much of the University's lifelong learning theology programme. In 2005, he moved fully into the Department of Theology, becoming Head of Department in 2006.
Previously, he had spent ten years in Cambridge, most recently as the Naden Student at St. John's College (before you ask, it was a kind of research fellowship). His wife Hester is a freelance proofreader and copyeditor.
